Nightstrike Speaks! New Years Resolutions

Well, another year has come, and another year has gone. 2020 was certainly rougher than a lot of us expected, with a pandemic at the forefront, and plenty of political discourse that took a turn for the worse.
My own output this past year also had a bit of a decline, partly due to how much I’ve had on the side, including my PPE production and dedicating a lot of my time to Bludgeon, who’s proving to be a hell of a lot more complex than I anticipated. However, I did take a few minor breaks these past few months to work on something a bit more . . . interesting, which I can hopefully show off in the next couple of weeks once I finish up the last couple of parts. So, with that out of the way, I’ve got my own couple of resolutions for Terminus Industries in 2021.
For Christmas I received quite a few surprises, one of them being a Huion H420 drawing tablet! Where before, I had to attempt to do artwork using my laptop’s touchpad, and occasionally the stylus it came with, now I’ve got something that can make the process more natural, so hopefully, I’ll be able to transition to digital art, and be able to put more time into our animated side-project.
Additionally, I’m going to attempt to streamline my workflow, so both the Youtube channel and the site get more regular weekly content. You should expect to see more tracks for Tokyo Ghoul: A Shadowed Dawn, and Transformers: Anarchy soon! Other things I may start uploading include animation practice, timelapses of my workflow for both art and design, and even just game challenges, as Sans_07 and I work on our (semi-public) Minecraft server.
Hopefully I improve at PVP, since I also got a wireless mouse to use with my laptop because of touchpad syncing issues.
While Bludgeon is my main project, as I’ve already put a huge amount of time into it to make it just how I envisioned, I’ll also do my best to put out smaller figures while I work on him. Some of the first things you may end up seeing this year include new Micromasters, and some minor upgrades for older figures as well as the new Kingdom line. Some of my older projects will also see a minor return, as I revamp stuff like Overlord’s “Butcher’s Armory” set, and my very first subline, Project Headrobot. Larger projects such as Monstrosity, Aquatron, and Lion’s Den have also been put in my queue, which I’ll post in a week, to give you an idea of my plan for this new year.
Here’s hoping 2021 isn’t a dumpster fire! (Don’t jinx it! Please!)
