As you probably noticed, it's been a while since I've edited or written anything here. Most of my work has been printing and revising prototypes, and catching up on old projects. Since I'm currently having my own spring break, I thought it was about time I share some updates . . .

Starting with a Review!

After a quick stop at a Barnes & Noble, I found myself putting together another model kit. This time, it's Gundam Build Divers' Age II Magnum (SV version) 1/144.

Let me start off by saying that I love transforming model kits, so when I saw a certain label on the side of the box, I had to put it together. Before I continue, I want to mention that it's not that necessary to use model kit tools. All you really need, are pliers and tweezers. You can use the pliers to yank off the leftover bits of the gates on the figure, and the tweezers are helpful for prying apart incorrect assemblies. Also, of note, there are extra parts, due to the various toolings and the multiple frames. It can work for customization, though. I'll probably share pics of those duplicate parts painted, some time over the summer. Let's take a closer look at the figure, shall we?

I apologize for the blurriness. The camera wasn't focusing for some reason, but the back is visible enough that you can see all of the accessories.

And here are the extra pieces, including joints that can be used towards other projects.

Accesories:
X4 F Funnel (Just Swords)
X2 Sigmaxiss Funnel (thrusters that detach to become drones)
X2 Beam Saber (light sabers!!)
X2 Leg Additional Unit (Leg-mounted boosters, that kind of limit ground mobility)
X2(?) Shiguru Shield (more of a blade)
X1 Hyper DODS Rifle Magnum (fancy for a big gun that becomes the cockpit)
X2 Beam Vulcan (hip-mounted rifles)
I'll update this post sometime with alternate-mode pics, as well as what it looks like with the swapped parts, but for now, you'll just have to rely on google image results.
Also, I managed to pump out another figure, kicking off Project Combination's first wave!
Presenting, Micromaster Windy! This figure is scaled with the Siege line, standing a centimeter or two under the average Legends Class figure. Stay tuned for more!
